  • We base our fees on project scope rather than square footage and typically fall in the median to upper range compared to quality residential contractors and luxury builders.

    From initial design and architecture to detailed drawings usually requires anywhere from 3-10 months depending on the level of complexity, scope of project, and your timely feedback.

    Norcross Builders stands out when it comes to the exceptional level of custom renovations, expertise, and service we bring to the table.

  • We start with a thorough conversation about your needs and wants for your new home.

    We’ll also discuss approximate square footage and projected range of cost to make sure we’re all on the same page.

    We follow up with a simple pre-construction contract, written in plain language, to provide professional services consisting of architecture support, engineering, and interior design including selections, landscaping design (if required), complete drawings, and comprehensive specifications.

    We understand this is a big commitment and we want you to have all the information at hand to make an informed decision and be excited about moving forward with us.

  • Materio is a construction management solution that combines project scheduling, project management, financial management, customer management, and service management in a single suite.

  • Payments are commensurate with services. If you need help with additional architectural or design fees, that is a service we can provide.

    Construction requires a deposit. Based on the length of your job, you can anticipate 6 to 12 draws over the bill period.

    Our construction contracts are cost-plus agreements. We feel that this is the most transparent way of working for the client - and for us, the builder.
